Please expect our reception/booking staff to ask general questions regarding your appointment. This helps us to better understand the length of time needed for your appointment and the service you need.
To get the most from your appointment it's best to discuss one issue at a time at the consultation. If you feel there is more than one issue or you may require more time for discussion, it's best to book a longer appointment time.
Our practice nurses are available for routine appointments from 8.30am each day. Please phone to make an appointment.
Currently same day appointments are only available for urgent cases, if you are experiencing chest pains, shortness of breath or have had an acute accident, then please present to the surgery for assistance or call 111. Alternatively you can be triaged by one of our GP’s via either a phone call or by video. Virtual consultations of this nature have increased since Covid19 and enable staff to assess your requirements, you will be asked to present to the clinic if deemed necessary.
Influenza-Flu vaccines are available and recommended for all patients. Please phone to make an appointment.
Clinics-IMMS, Diabetes and Smears are all back to normal now so please phone to book a time to see a nurse.
We do our very best to run on time, but occasionally emergencies and other instances may create an unexpected delay.
